Three Friends, Three Hobbies
Tom, Lucy, and Sam are friends, but they like very different things. Tom loves playing video games. He plays every evening after school, and he is really good at racing games.
Lucy doesn't like video games. She prefers being outside — she goes hiking every weekend and she takes photos of nature. Sam enjoys cooking. He cooks dinner for his family twice a week, and his favorite thing to make is pizza.
On Saturdays, all three friends meet and play basketball together.
Emma & Jack Talk Hobbies
Emma: Hi Jack, what do you like doing in your free time?
Jack: I love playing the guitar. I practice every day. What about you?
Emma: I don't really like music. I prefer painting. I paint every weekend.
Jack: Are you good at it?
Emma: Yes, I think so! I also enjoy reading. I read about two books a month.
Jack: I can't stand reading. It's so boring for me! I'd rather watch movies.
